In the heart of Italy, among gentle hills and landscapes that tell centuries of tradition, the Marche region presents itself as a fertile land rich in history, where the soil preserves an unparalleled agricultural heritage. It is here, in this generous land, that our wheat is born, an essential element for the production of pasta that reaches your tables every day, keeping alive the tradition of quality and authenticity.
The cultivation of wheat in the Marche has ancient roots, passed down from generation to generation. The agricultural techniques, evolved over the centuries, perfectly marry with the surrounding environment, ensuring a durum wheat harvest with unique characteristics. The combination of an ideal climate, fertile soil, and a passion for agricultural work allows us to obtain a premium raw material that represents the authenticity and quality of our products.
We cultivate over 2,000 hectares of durum wheat in the province of Fermo, in the heart of the Marche region. Ours is an authentic agricultural supply chain, entirely controlled by us: we sow, nurture, harvest, and select the wheat that will become Terra delle Marche pasta. We don’t buy wheat on the market. We produce it ourselves. And we know each grain intimately.
We are proud to share with our customers not just a product, but a story—the story of our land, its farmers, and the passion that guides every step in the production of wheat and pasta. A process that respects nature, enhances quality, and celebrates the beauty of the Marche region.
